Spare Batteries

Okay I am literally minutes away from ordering a G50V-A1 but I need to know about the spare batteries, the Asus comes with a 6cell battery standard and you have the option to buy a 9 cell battery as a spare, is it the same size as the six cell or is it larger. This is an issue for me and would be greatly appreciated but I need a laptop with a spare battery because of college courses around campus with no electricity access for me :(.

I believe a 9-cell battery would be larger. I would wait for someone more in the know than I to confirm that though.

I got info from Emporium at notebookreview.com who owns a g50 and yes the battery is larger thanks for your help though

Boo! Xotic has the 9 cells on backorder and I am not even sure about the 6 cell which I hope they switch my order to include...

Also they are still on preorder status for the G50's just so everyone knows:(...
