Driver Issue?

Hi there, I am not sure about a system driver.

It is listed under other devices and it cant not be installed / detected.

I installed the drivers on the CD, but it still gives me an unknown device from windows.

The Location is : on Intel (r) ICH8M LPC Interface Controller - 2815
Device Status : "This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver."

I guess under the "details tab" it has:

Hardware IDs

ACPI/ITE8709
*ITE8709

etc.

I was wondering what it was and how I could install / fix.
