When will my notebook ship?

Has anyone else been having problems getting their NP2096 laptop? I ordered mine on 8/6 and still in phase 2. What the hell is taking so long? Its been almost a full month. Anyone else have a ridiculously long time like this?

Granted its been a long time in phase 2... I believe 15 days overall does not constitute "almost a full month", more like exactly two weeks and one day. Have you spoken to customer service?

Ya, I realized I over-exaggerated about the month thing. But ya, I've talked to them and all they've really told me is there's a delay from Sager.

XoticPC is at the mercy of when Sager releases their product... so if that's the case, there is probably not much you can do.

I don't know, I guess I'm just pissed because this computer is dying and I need a replacement really quickly.

My laptop died two weeks ago... ordered an NP8660 here last week. It shipped on Tuesday. Can't get here fast enough. I feel your pain brother.

It just seems that even with a shortage, they would get my ordered shipped in the 9 business days that they've had.

What resolution screen did you order? If it is a higher resolution... there are delays for them.

I ordered the highest resolution you can get.

The NP8660 has delays on the WUXGA screens. Everyone who ordered the highest resolution on that laptop is still waiting too.

I ordered my 2096, and it was around 2 weeks before it shipped, be patient

I contacted xotic kind of angry for my 9262 order. I felt bad afterwards because it never actually touched their hands, it shipped directly from Sager. Now that Sager has the parts in stock for orders that are older than yours, they have taken priority over yours. I can't blame xotic or sager for that. We just ordered at a bad time I guess.
