if I set it up with a processor i7-2820QM may support the DDR3 1600MHz Ram? ... Supports hard disk SATAIII? ... also if it supports RAID configurations?

All Sandy Bridge chipsets support SATA III - so yes. With a 2820 it SHOULD support 1600 MHz RAM. AFAIK the motherboard is the same as the G73SW, so no RAID.

You are correct Neuman. Heard there was an issue with the 1600MHz RAM on ASUS motherboards, so we'll know more when it is released and be able to give a definitive answer.

Not bad specs. Wish it would come with dual gpu's though. 12gig ram n 2 750 hdd's are little overkill, but always nice to have. My "OLD" G73jh is still hanging in there, even though it is now ancient!!
