NP9262 chipset capable of running SLI?

Ive looked everywhere and i cant find it anywhere that the chipset (Intel® P965 Express Chipset + ICH8R) can run SLI.

I was just wondering how does it run SLI if the chipset cant run it?

Is there a different chipset put in it when u select the 9800m gt SLI?

The Intel P965 does support SLI, just needs special drivers from what I understand (from what shipped with it from factory.)
