It crashes every time I try to run it... I've tried both the copy on the cd and the copy downloaded from sager's website.

Nobody? ... Well so much for bluetooth on the NP9262...

There is a thread on this already, but I guess you missed it :). You need to uninstall the current version from your computer completely before trying to install blue soleil. I don't remember exactly where the thread was, but try browsing the forums.

That did not work, what I ended up doing is uninstalling the Blue Soleil stack and used the Microsoft one, which I then upgraded with the new broadcom drivers so I can use headsets with it... IF any on is having the same problem, this is a working way.
