both have what i want, its just whether I want to give up the keypad, which I use for hotkeys in video gaming, and the bigger screen. Battery life isnt a huge deal, I can easily plug it in at school if it gets low. Both have DDR3, which makes me happy :)

I'm still looking at a few 15"s but I really like these 2 so far.

Going for the skinning I see, makes any machine you choose even better.:D

Another thought: You could always get a USB Number keypad and just plug it in. They aren't big or expensive at all and should fit in whatever you carry your lappy in.:)

Ok, I think im set on the 17", the price difference is $40, and i would rather have the extra 2 inches for a mere $40 price difference. I'll be sure to let everyone know when i order it and how everything goes once i get it :D

The GTX is notably more powerful than the GT (not sure exactly how much, but I'm thinking around 25-30%). Honestly, though, the GT is more than powerful enough for pretty much every game on the market right now, and for the extra $300+ the GTX costs, I don't find it worth the price of admission.
