Just wanted to give a shout of thanks to JP for the top notch level of service I recieved in getting my sager order squared away. I did have an order at phase two and the the 6990 was officially announced and I wanted to make the change to that. Due to a few previous changes, they wanted me to submit a whole new order, yet due to lack of net access at work, it was getting a bit frustrating to take care of.

JP not only squared me away by phone, but set me up with all the hardware I wanted, AND saved me a few hundred bucks to boot! I honestly have been treated much better than any other pc facility ive done business with before and felt it deserved mention.

Thank you JP and Xotic, you have definatly earned a future return customer as well as positive feedback spread to others!
