I have had to reload windows. I downloaded all the drivers on the Sager driver page for NP5793 and installed them. I still have a yellow question mark in the device manager screen for Network controller. I have reloaded the network dirvers twice.

Any suggestions as to what to do?

You did not specify the networking device that is not loading. On my laptop system (sager np9262) under the Network adapters in the Device Manager there are Two Bluetooth devices, the Intel wireless WiFi, the Realtek Gigabit eithernet NIC plus the Microsoft 6to4 adapter.

From your above request for help I will assume it is the Microsoft 6 to 4 driver that is not loading. I have the same non problem. This 'bug' came about from a security update from MicroHARD. It may or may not have anything to do with the chipset that you are using for networking. If your WiFi and the NIC works then you can ignore the problem. If it doesn't then I realy can't help you as SAGER has nothing on their site about this problem. For a explanation of the 6 to 4 interface click on the Wikipedia link below.

I have the same problem and it may be related to bluetooth or the Realtek NIC that I do not use. My built in Intell wireless connection still works and my 'long range USB wireless antenna connection' still works. In fact Microsoft seems to be ignoring the problem so far.
