My display on my NP9262 randomly goes out about once a day and i have to close it and reopen it to get it back on. Anyone know what's happening?

Is hibernate mode turned on? I wish I knew what the problem was and then I would tell you but seeing that I'm not proficient in NP9262 troubleshooting I can't be of much help to you. I have one good idea. If you have a cell phone, or a land-line touch-dial phone or even one of those antique looking rotary dial phones you could dial up xoticpc's technical support and they could troubleshoot your problem since I'm not capable of giving much advice to you besides that. Good luck fixing it though.

If you fix it I would be interested to know what the problem was and how you solved it.

It's going into sleep mode, go to power options to configure what the screen does and you can disable it.

I turned off the sleep mode...I believe it is a problem with my video card driver. Anyone have any advice on what driver to use? About half of my games work currently.

Don't use the regular modded inf file - it works, but a member on that website modded a inf file specifically for clevo's.... here's a link for the optimized inf file http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=19675&st=0#entry82391

The first link for the driver itself was for Vista 64, but from there you can navigate if you have a different operating system. Hope this helps. :)

I just tried installing the driver included on the cd and when i installed the driver, my screen went black for 10 minutes and i restarted it.

That's strange. I picked up Spore yesterday and it works beautifully on Sager's 176.09 Vista64 driver. I'm going to visit Rossdaddy's links and install a newer driver from laptopvideo2go.

Edit: I installed 177.92, using the non-Clevo INF, with no problems.
