I searched for weeks trying to find the perfect laptop that suited my needs and I ended up on this site. Ultimately, the reviews on resellerratings.com sold it for me.
I decided on buying the NP8130, but before I ordered, I consoled with JP. We messaged back a few times regarding my potential order, and he ended up saving me a total of $150. Not only did he usually get back to me within the same business day, but he was courteous and extremely helpful.
With that said, the initial package that arrived had part of my order missing. I let JP know, and he got the missing items shipped and they arrived within the same week. In the end, it wasn't a problem and I'm more than pleased with the overall experience.
Thank you XoticPC and JP. The next time I need a new laptop, I'll be sure to check XoticPC first.
