so i bought my Sager Np9262 back in January, and ive been extremly happy with this beast
i had a few questions, is there anyway to upgrade to the new 9800M GTX's? and whats the major difference between the two cards?
also is it possible to upgrade to the Q6600 Processor that i have to the current 9600's?
Thanks soo much

from what I understand the 9800 gtx is still concidered "user upgradable" the only real reason some cards arn't is usually a difference on the mobo. since there hasn't been any major mobo revisions, you should be golden :) you might need to update the bios, but that would be the worst case
hi, I'm actually in the same situation. I have an 8800M GTX in my Sager 5793, and I was wondering how I would upgrade to a 9800M GTX. If anyone could post a link to where to buy laptop video cards, and an installation guide, that would be awesome. Thanks in advance for the support!
I'm not entirely sure if it's possible or not, but in my opinion, why on earth would you want to pay $600+ for what essentially amounts to a 15-20% increase in performance? Heck, you could buy an entire desktop system for that much.
The 8800M GTX is already an amazing card. The upgrade isn't worth the money.
