Disable Touchpad 9262

My dell has the device property that allows me to automatically disable my touchpad when a USB pointing device is present. I did not see that in the touchpad properties of the 9262. Am I just not seeing it?

If it's a 9262 you can hit ctrl+F1. Will beep afterwards to let you know it is disabled. From your post it's hard to tell if you know that allready, so sorry in advance if ya do :-)

didnt know that. Thanks for the heads up. I was hoping for a more automated way to do it though.
