Is there some setting I need to change to fix this? No score is registered either... it appears as N/A.

It sounds as if your graphic driver may be damaged and needs to be re-installed. Re-Install your graphics driver and it should fix your problem.

Give that a try and let us know if it recognized now.

Try the 177.92 driver from laptopvideo2go.com and use Dox's modded inf file. That inf file was modded specifically for clevo's. Not sure what OS you are running so here's a link for the driver for vista 64, if you are running something else you can navigate from there. http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers/vista64/177.92

I uninstalled drivers and reinstalled 177.98. Still only recognized as "Generic VGA"

Old software vs. new hardware. Don't worry about it, mine says generic VGA also, and my best pcmark06 score was 14190..... not too shabby for generic VGA lol.
