Anyone else plan on buying Warhammer Online today!? There are quite a few new fun games coming out this week, check them out here (http://www.gamespot.com/newthisweek.html?type=new_this_week&platform=5&mode=top&tag=subnav;new_releases). I'm also interested in Crysis Warhead, S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Clear Sky, The Witcher Enhanced Edition, Pure, and the new Civ 4 expansion coming out next week.

Anyone have feedback on any of the above mentioned games or in which order to buy/play them?

Im planning on getting Crysis Warhead. I'm sure everyone is curious about what Crytek did to tweak the engine over the past year, and if they improved the visuals or not, but more importantly, I heard it was more action packed than the original game. STALKER also looks REALLY good, I may get that after Crysis. Unfortunately, I'm not big on online games or RPGs, I'm a FPS guy, so I can't say much for the others.

I'll try and post some screens/benchmarks over the weekend for Warhead!

You forgot to mention Spore :D!!! By the way, if you plan on getting Warhammer first you probably won't have time for those other games ;). MMOs can be time consuming.

This is very true, after all i did have to break myself away from WoW after playing for 2 years. I will probably get the Crysis Warhead game first and then work on down the line as i also enjoy FPS more than RPG's.

I ended up purchasing Crysis Warhead last night and started playing it. They did tweak the game a little. They also changed the graphics settings from low, medium, high, and highest now to minimum, mainstream, gamer, and enthusiast which i thought was amusing. For the original Crysis i had most of my setting on high with a few settings on highest. With Crysis Warhead i had to turn most of the settings down to gamer (medium) with a few settings on mainstream (low).

The gameplay is pretty much the same as Crysis, but with a different storyline. It is still a very fun game :)

Thats kind of lame, I thought it would be better performance than Crysis. Not that that's gonna stop me from getting it, but the frame rates were bad enough to begin with lol.

I have a Warhammer Online CE sitting on my desk waiting for when I get my order from xotic PC :)

As a student, I can't really afford any of the other new releases lol
