I'm selling a Sager NP8690 with a Mobility Radeon HD 5870 and i7 620m (full specs listed below). I've kept this computer in excellent condition. There are a few scratches in the lid from the case that was included with the computer, but no dents, cracks, or any real issues. I've always ran the system with a cooler, and it has new thermal compound. The computer is a little over one year old and it started loosing power completely randomly, and now it will not power on. I'm confident that it is a defective PSU, but I can make no promises. Either way the system is still good for parts, and can be sent in for repairs for $250 at many places, or possibly repaired for less if you can obtain a new PSU. The CPU and GPU work great, and you could probably make more money by tearing down the system and auctioning off the processor, GPU, heatsink, etc. I'll sell for $550, with the laptop, power brick, manuals, and support disks.
