So in Part 1, I expressed how excited I was that my laptop was shipped so fast (I am moving overseas next week and need it ASAP). Unfortunately, the screen was defective. I know that this kind of screen defect is pretty rare so I was just unlucky. YET: Freak out time for me.

But after talking with Joseph in the service department we worked it out to get a new screen sent to me (my husband knows how to install). It arrives tomorrow in plenty of time!!! Thanks to XoticPC AGAIN for the quick turn around and gargantuan support efforts.
