I just wanted to formally say thank you to Joseph L at Xotic for helping me out recently.

I don't want to go into a lot of detail, but just want to acknowledge Joseph's great attitude and aptitude for getting a problem solved with my recently purchased MSI GT780DX...

Hopefully he can use this as additional ammo to justify a raise come review time.

Congrats Joseph, looks like job well done. All my time here never a complaint about the staff like Joe and many others by name. Makes me think service and support is very important to Xotic.

Everyone at Xotic keep up the good work it looks like it does get noticed. I might just update my notebook this year.
