As stated in my previous post I bought my laptop on 12/13/11, I noticed now while browsing the site that the 500GB 7200RPM HD now is the basic drive for the system. When I placed my order it was considered an upgrade I purchased, the base at the time was a lower RPM 750GB drive. Is this included in the "Sager Price Protection Guarantee Until 12/31/2011 (If the price drops - you get a refund of the difference!)" If so, whom do I need to contact?

Thanks, reason I posted here is because I work during their hours of operation, and it's going to have to wait until 12/30 (my next day off) so I was just trying to get some info before I make the call.

Send an email to verifications@xoticpc.com with your order number and a request to match the currently listed price for that upgrade, we'll get the difference configured and refund it if need be.
