I am from Malaysia and have recently ordered a G53sx gaming laptop from xoticPC online. And since my uncle was going to visit Malaysia at the end of January. it was shipped to my uncle's place in the US to make sure of the free UPS shipping within the US coupon.

When the packaged arrived to my uncle's place however, they could not find the creative sound blaster that was suppose to come along with the package and contacted me about it. I notified xoticpc about it and they responded within 24hours and was polite and professional about it. Apparently the sound blaster was inside one of the compartment of the backpack and not the box which is why my Uncle and Aunt didn't notice it. However, xoticpc contacted the shipping company and confirmed that it was unpacked and put inside the backpack. I was rather worried during that time because my uncle is already on his flight to Malaysia with the backpack before the confirmation.

But its a good thing everything went smoothly and xoticpc was professional in how they handled the situation. For someone ordering internationally for the first time, there are naturally many things that worries me. But XoticPc have gained my trust and confidence in their services and i would gladly recommend it to others especially international customers.

Good job Xotic PC and sorry for the trouble we've caused.
