View Full Version : Sager NP9262 Keyboard problems

I purchased a NP9262 and about 2 weeks after i received it some of the keys on the keyboard just stop working. (backspace, o,i,u, and some punctuations). I was wondering if anybody had a solution to this problem. The only way i can really use my laptop now is with a usb keyboard and that kinda defeats the purpose of having a laptop

As basic as this sounds have you tested it in Safe Mode? Perhaps in notepad. Maybe its simply a issue with the keyboard driver, barring that there was no spillage.

i know for a fact there has been no spillage . i treat my laptop like a baby. do you know where i could get the drivers for the keyboard

just tried in safe mode. still having the same problem

If they are not working in safe mode, I am pretty sure its not a driver related issue since windows would load the standard driver for the keyboard. I am afraid your issue sounds like it is hardware related, and you may want to call support.
