help with Num Lk!

For some reason, every time I hit the Num Lk key it turns on Fn functions on my laptop. This is bad because Num Lk is the default for autorun in just about every online game known to man. I dont like hitting it to autorun then find I cant type correctly because a bunch of letter keys are typing numbers instead. Help!

I have an Asus S96S. Every time I hit num lk it turns on the Fn function and I can't disable that function regardless of which program is running.
