DirectX 10 is exclusive to Windows Vista and is not slated to be supported by any other platform. This will ensure that the next-gen games will be available on Windows Vista before any other platform.

That's a pretty dramatic difference. Thanks for posting. Glad I went DX10 when I ordered.

then which Vista is better the 32 bit or the 64 bit for the next gen games??? any ideas there as i would like to prolly change my choice from the XP Pro that i bought to one of the Vista's, but i dnt know which Bit to pick since i have the option of either Vista Business 64 bit or the Vista Business 32 bit.

even though dx10 was intended for vista only. game makers twisted microsofts arm. so there will be a service pack 3 for xp that will allow xp to use dx10.
