I just bought my Sager 9262 through you guys, and it arrived 2 days ago. I had it set up with Raid 5 so it had three hard drives total (Im sure everyone knows how its setup heh). Unfortunately, one of the three went out this morning already. :(
I was wonder whom do I contact or go about getting it replaced (Im a little sad this wasn't caught earlier)? Do I go through you guys or call Sager? I am a bit confused as to what to do at this point, I already filled a support ticket with Sales on this with XoticPC. Is there anything else I could or should do?
