Difference Between 8600's?

What is the difference between the GO8600 , GO8600GT, and the Go8600GS used in your laptops?

There are 2 versions of the 8600 GPU for laptops,the 8600M GS , the lower version,up to par with the Geforce Go 7700, and the 8600M GT which is either DDR2 or DDR3 memory,being a good choice for a performance video card which handles games quite nicely.
The difference between naming is pretty big,GS being the 'crippled' version of the same chup and the 'GT' being the top version.
