I check these forums from time to time. Haven't really felt a need to post, but that's probably because I haven't had any problems whatsoever.

I'm sure many people are unsure about getting a Sager or laptop from Xotic in general and I thought I would post a little thread about my experience one year after buying my laptop.

I bought a NP5792 almost a year ago and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I ever made concerning computer purchases.

Right from the start I was in constant touch with someone from the staff. They walked me through any problems I had and the whole process was painless. I received my laptop less than a week later and I'm as happy with it today as I was last year. I've literally had zero problems with it (knock on wood) and it works as exactly the way I feel it should. The build quality on these laptops is amazing. The screen hinges are still solid and smooth, no creaking, no looseness, nothing. The keyboard is as smooth as it was the first day I started using it. I spent the better part of the last year living in a very dusty environment, and while I did take extra care of it, I definitely expected something mechanical to go wrong. Not due to poor construction, but I thought the dust would take it's toll.

All in all, I'm an extremely satisfied customer and next time I or anyone I know needs a laptop, I will insist they get it from Xotic.

Thanks
