L50Vn - driver help!!!

i have to reboot my laptop and the driver cd that came with the laptop doesnt work. i have a L50Vn laptop and the cd i got says M50 driver cd. my laptop cant recognize the cd and rejects it. Also what driver i need to download to fix this problem.

well, i dont know what driver or drivers i need. i had to cancel the reboot when it ask for the driver cd when i was software recovery the laptop. so i turned the laptop off and then on. so i had to manually download drivers on this website and install it myself, but im still missing some programs. so what should i do to fix this laptop?

Do you have the default OS of Windows Vista Home Premium 32-Bit installed onto the notebook? If so you will just need to place your drivers disk into the dvd drive. The disk will autorun and will open up an install window listing all of the drivers and programs for your vista operating system. You can pick and choose from which applications you want installed. :)

Sorry, but if you´re not familiar with this Notebook, it would be better not to confuse here any more.

The Model doesnt accept the Driver-CD because, it is the wrong one, thats for sure. After a recovery of Windows Vista, it asks for the Driver CD (it isnt on the Desktop yet) and you cant cancel this. I already contacted Asus for a quick help. Ill give you a hint, if i have it.

Dont know if this is a german Version only, but i dont think so. I contacted Asus and they released the right Driver CD quick. Thanks :)
