I just received my NP5792. Great turnaround, response to phone calls and emails, excellent packing. I am very happy I decided to go with Xotic. I'm sure I am preaching to the choir on this board, but I thought I would share my extreme satisfaction with anyone awaiting or thinking of buying a pc from these guys.
