Just purchased a new G71G and the Express Gate Button stay illuminated at all times. Disconnected the battery for a hard reboot and this button seems to stay illuminated at all times. All other Express buttons shutoff. Any way to correct this issue???

Spoke to Asus tech support and the the illumination of the express gate key is normal. They advise it will always be active.............:confused:
