I just ordered my Sager 9262 through my mom's credit card, but I'm not from U.S. and my mom's credit card probably isn't from a U.S. or Canadian bacnk either. I'm in Wisconsin though. I just read that Xoticpc only except credit card from U.S. or Canadian bank? What should I do? Will i ever get my pruchased? PLEASE HELP me XOTICPC?? :(

If they don't accept your credit card then your order won't be accepted and you'll be notified. Simple.

Its weird becuase i've sent them like 4 emails regarding my order and i havn't receive any replies yet. I thought they said you would receive a reply within 24 hours and it has been 24 hours. So i dont know what to think right now.

Based on your other post asking about how long it takes to build, created about an hour after you ordered, and this one--you need to understand that this is the -weekend-. 24 hours would be an expected response time if it was during a business day, so chill out, they'll get back to you.

Thank you wullger & Brib. Please call up tomorrow if you need to discuss payment options. A public forum is not appropriate for this. Xotic PC only takes credit cards based in the US or Canada.

Another question. Why does Xoticpc only except Credit Card from U.S. or Canadian bank? I thought credit card can be used world wide. I've made many purchased with my mom's credit card before without any problem. Justin, if u can let me know why that would be wonderful. :?

In many cases you can, but ultimately it's up to the merchant to make their own decisions. Wait till business hours tomorrow and give them a call, I'm sure they'll be glad to help you, and try and find a payment option that will work for your situation :)

Small businesses don't yet have to be fully compliant with PCI standards. I also had credit problems (my bank denied them) and had to use paypal.

That is our Credit Card policy. A lot of US companies will not take take International Credit Cards. Please email or call with any payment questions. A public forum is not appropriate for this type of conversation.
