Okay, not realizing it, I put in 'cashrebate' when my ma paid with Visa. My bad, anyhow, with the email that came it says:

Dear Valued Customer,
We wanted to inform you that your order has been updated with the following status & additional information:

New status: Phase 1 (Order Confirmation)
Some additional notes placed on your order:

Thank you for your order with Xotic PC!

We are currently processing your order. We apologize for any confusion, but the cash discount is only offered for cash payments such as checks, money orders, and wire transfers: Credit/debit card payments do not qualify for the cash discount. Your order total is $1,355.00

Do I have to do anything, or do I just leave it and they just pull the 40 extra dollars out? Thanks :)

If any problem they will contact you I would guess. I mean Xotic wants to get this going just as you do. Call if you want to confirm.

Well, it doesn't bother me if they pull out money or not, I just want them to get what they need. I was just wondering is that them just telling me that they're pulling 40 dollars more out, or do I need to do something?

They confirm you are in Phase 1. They say they are processing your order. In business speak nowhere do they say they reject your order.

I do not work for Xotic so of course I can't say 100% but from my experience and do believe I am correct. They are proceeding with your order. Unless the bank gives them a problem adding $40 it should go ahead fine.

Xotic very nice people give them a call.

Ya, gave them a call, a real friendly fellow answered the phone, I gave him the correct information for shipping too (had some discepancies with the address), and we're all good. So far, it has been a pleasent experience.
