NP9262 Built-in TV Tuner

Could you tell me some details regarding the optional built-in TV Tuner to the NP9262?

It says "Multi Region", but does this mean I'll be able to pick up Digital channels in Australia (assuming it's a Digital/Analog Tuner), or am I better off buying a separate TV Tuner in Australia?

The TV tuner works with European DTV systems. We do not know if it works with Australia DTV system.
