8) How many hours of battery life do you need?1

9) Do you mind buying online without seeing the notebook in person? Not at all it has worked out great for my previous purchases

10) What OS do you prefer? (more details below) I would prefer XP Pro, but what are the potential limitations for future gaming. I would like this laptop to last at least a year for being my primary gaming platform
Screen Specifics

11) From the choices below, what screen resolutions would you prefer? (more details below) Widescreen
d. WXGA or WXGA+ - 1280x768/800 or 1440x900; Wider viewing version of XGA, good for movie viewing or spreadsheets.

12) Do you want a glossy/reflective screen or a matte/non glossy screen? i dont know the difference

Build Quality and Design

Notebook Components

15) How much hard drive space do you want; 80GB, 160GB, 250GB, 320GB, 500GB, 1TB, or 1.5TB? 250+, more is better but I will sacrifice HD spacing for price as I have about 2.5TB of externals.

16) Do you need an optical drive? If yes, a CDRW/DVD-ROM, CD/DVD Burner or Blu-Ray drive? Just a cd/DVD burner

17) What speed CPU/Processor would you like? Dual core or Quad Core CPU? umm I think a dual Core, but I am not sure about the gaming ramifications. Oh and processor speed must be 2.5 Ghz or better. The laptop I have atm is a1.83 Duel Core and the processor is what is holding me back.

NP8662 is the clear choice for most performance in a 15/16 and XP is an option. Asus has one that might work also. Asus comes with Vista though. I would suggest Vista as it's issues have been worked out and XP does not support DX10.

Hmm.. Okay I looked at the NP8662 and it looks like I can get something in the ballpark of what I want for ~$2300. Does anyone know what kind of complications there would be for putting the Denver Bronco logo on it though. I know the logo is copyrighted but I would go over budget for it if someone could clue me in on how to get it.
