Must be missing something

Hey all, I just got a Sager 8662 today and am trying to figure something out. The AC Adapter seems to be giving me problems. If I plug in the adapter while the laptop is on, the adapter will stay on for a couple minutes then shut off. If I turn off the laptop and let it charge while it's off there is no problem. What am I missing here?

Make sure the port (the one in the wall) is giving you enough power. Best way to test something like this is plug it into a surge protector (which you should do anyway), or use another port (different wall). If its still the case, when you plug it in (laptop on), in the corner does it say you are running on battery life, or are u pluged in?

So after talking to tech support, Sager is sending me a new AC adapter. Thanks for the reply Fault, I appreciate it. Must just have a lemon ac adapter as it works when it wants too LOL :)

Yea that sucks man, but at least the problem got figured out ;-)
