I have looked through both XoticPC's and Sager warranties and I did not notice anything about underclocking invalidating the warranties, so I want to make sure and double check before I mess with my clock speed.
I have the: Warranty: 3 Year Parts & Labor Warranty 24, as a f.y.i.

The laptop will still be covered under warranty, however, if the laptop fails from overheating due to over clocking, the warranty would not cover that.

Well this is under clocking, which causes the laptop's cpu to run cooler, so I don't have to worry about it over heating.

If you want to get the most out of under-clocking check out RightMark CPU Clock utility. It will allow you to lower the voltage on under-clocked CPU's lowering your heat even more. It is free....
