Well, you should probably get around or over 10000 in 3DMark 06. But that's just my estimate seeing other benchmark results. :)

u would probably get 8500 - closely 10,000 3dmark06. My 3dmark06 score was 9939.... close enough to 10,000

Yeah... actually yours would be a bit higher due to the Quad core CPU :)

I have same config but dual boot XP Pro and Vista 64. Averaging 5 runs of 3DMark06 under Windows XP with the stock Sager drivers is 9731 and under Vista 64 is 9474. I will be purchasing and installing a Quad Core CPU next week and will post my comparative scores.

With stock drivers on XP I got around 9730 - 9740 and that is with the same config pretty much

With the marks so close to 10k to begin with... It would easly surpass 10k :)

yes. definitely. with 2SLIs u would probably get around 14 - 15k 3dmark06. i saw someone with similar specs (only on a desktop) but the specs are the same and he got 14000 some 3dmark06. so yes :D

yeah the score was real good amagine my surprise when i ran 3dmark06 3 time in a row and found out the score i posted was a little off. after running like that my final score with 64 bit vista was 10,093. and yes i am VERY pleased with my performance. sorry for the headachs i have caused.
also managed to get a score on xp. came in at 10,512
the scores i have gotten all are with stock sager drivers. no tweaks and everything running in the background

Might as well post my 3DMark06 score: 10,048 (no tweaks) and with only one of my 8800's. I'm ok with that. 8)
EDIT: I'm using preinstalled driver. I didn't change a thing, as per OregonCoastGamer's instructions.

My question is this: Would you all suggest using the Sager installed Stock Drivers or going for something else? I'm just curious because this will be my first go round with the 8800 GTX....then it will be SLi, but that will be later, and my question again would be, what drivers for THAT config? Stock? another source? worth the effort? have any of you found switching back and forth between drivers to cause any corruption problems?
Wow, that's a lot of annoying little questions!
pat!
