This question is more for the Justins and Joseph, but if it included other laptops that are similar in topic I dont really mind.
Anyway, basically, my question is are there any other laptops that use the new i7-ms coming to Xotic? Such as the Asus G51J, G60J, M60J, or the MSI GT 640 or the GT 740?

That's a great question that I would also like a answer for.
But since the do carry all the brands ( CLEVO/MSI/ASUS ) they should have all the new models as well once they are released from the manufactures.

I second that. I'd really like to know the answer to that.
to GIG.AD:
Of course xotic will have these models. The question is when are these models expected to be released... and how many times will the ETA be pushed back :)

Expected released for all of them is late Oct/early November. But I wanna see what other options there are, as Im looking for certain mixture of hardware with a certain price tag.

Release dates are always a little iffy but since companies are just starting to put
them out they all will be out there soon.
No one want's to lag too far behind and give the competition a big head start.

Saw that already;)
I know the numbers and Ive seen the benchmarks, I just want to know what will be available to us consumers and at what prices. So far the MSI GT 640 or the Asus G51/60J have my vote, though Im still open to other systems depending on their hardware configuration in comparison to their price. Enthusiast brands only of course, I swore of Dell a long time ago.

Your vote in terms of what really? Price wise? performance? :)

Well, at the moment I am kind of leaning towards the Asus G51/60J due to the dual hard drives, but whats pushing me away will likely be the price ( unsure yet ), since it will likely be higher than the current G51 and the neutered GTX 260m, which gets quite warm. The MSI GT 640 also looks good, since while the GTS 250m is weaker than the GTX 260m, it also has a reported 1/3 the TDP, which is phenomenal when compared to the performance per watt. What kills it for me is the Windows 7 Basic, which, while I do get a free copy of Windows 7 Pro and could install that, having to actually do that would be annoying along with a price tag of €1400, which likely means around $1600 USD. The performance is what I want, but again, I want to see other things from other manus, as the GPU I want is the GTS 250m due to what it has.

I agree, that new 40nm GPU is very attractive.
FYI, the new G51 will retail around 1400 (I saw the product page before they took it down).

I heard $1300, but thats still a good price. Sounds to good to be true IMHO. Better hardware for cheaper? Not to mention hot off the shelf newly released?
