I'm currentely running Vista 64, came installed on pc and am still under warranty. Will I void the warranty if I upgrade to Windows 7 ?

It shouldn't void your warranty by upgrading to Windows 7 (especially if you bought the Vista w/ 7 upgrade)

Though I would wait until you hear an official response from someone from Xotic to be sure

Changing the OS does not void warranties.

The answer is no. If you did not order with that OS do not expect support.
