2 days ago the headphone jack stopped working. The mic still works, and so does everything else, but unless you put the headphones in a very weird small angle into the headphone jack, no sound comes out of it. Is this covered by the warranty?

This is a type of problem that is usually covered under warranty. I am not suggesting any driver or device manager tips. This is because you say physically manipulating makes headphones work and this indicates a bad connection or other hardware non software situation.
Call support to confirm.

Have you tried multiple different pairs of headphones? Just to make sure that it isn't the jack on your headphone. Any other pair of headphones will work just fine to test it. After making sure that it is the input and not the headphones themselves I would email Service@xoticpc.com. If it is hardware failure then it would be something covered under warranty.
