Ready to Buy? Which is Best

I am ready to purchase a high quality high performance laptop. My budget is around 2000.00. I am not a gamer but find myself looking into purchase a "gaming laptop". I do photography and will be using Photoshop CS4 along with web site development and graphics. I am not patient and my current desktop has outlived its usefullness. I need a laptop for comfort reasons as my disability does not allow me to sit at a desk. I have looked at both 15" and 17", concerned about screen resolution, and after many opinions i think I want the i7. And the Nvidia 260 or 280 graphics card. It may be more than I need but hey, its what I want. QUESTION: the FHD screen is great for gaming but what about regular use. I need a high res screen so HELP...cant get straight answer. Laptop wont travel often. Looked at ASUS but screen res not great. Also Sager 8690 and 8760. ANY ADVICE ???

FHD is nice as you can look at two documents side by side nicely. On a 15.6" I hope your eyes are good 17.3" might be better at that resolution. But in the end it is your eyes and your opinion that should decide.
