Thanks Xotic!

I have never had such great service anywhere. They answered emails very quickly. And there phone support was very polite and answered any questions I had. The Sager 8690 I received was in excellent packaging and condition. Not a single problem with the system.

Only thing I ask is if it is possible to use a different shipping company to Canada. UPS lied to me 3 times and made it very frustrating in that department. After getting angry with them and was able to get in contact with the shipping facility in my area I was able to get them to stop "Forgetting" (long story short this was part of the lie that I caught them in) about my package and get them to send a truck out at 10:00PM to my door. When they tell me my package is on the truck and will be at my house that day. Then say they somehow forgot that one package at the shipping facility. But little did they know I had two packages coming on the same truck from two different places. I was able to tell from this that my packages were not on the truck at all and it wasn't that they forgot the one package. It's that they were not going on the truck to begin with. Now this I can understand because it's the holidays and they are swamped. But just tell me they are not on the truck, don't tell me the following situation 3 times saying it will be there in the next hour etc. Having me take time out of my days having to stay at home waiting for the truck. Like I said I don't mind it being a little late because of the holidays, but just tell me it's not going to be there today, not saying it is coming then doesn't. This was not Xotic's fault and I don't hold them with any responsibility. But maybe in the future offering Fedex would be great.

Long story short I will order from Xotic PC anytime I can and recommend anyone looking for a product they carry to go through them.

XoticPC is the best, hands down!

Good suggestion on offering Fed-ex. UPS can be a real pain at times. In fact, they are pretty bad, but less expensive than Fed-ex. I still think it would be good to have the option though.

My license is: SS54961417 hope you can take a look at what issue i raised up in the first month after I purchase this license. I think the reason you cannot find my support history from this account just because I register this account before I made the purchase.I am missing something?

But Shawn good to hear Xotic came thru.

i have never had a problem with ups i either get my item on the day they said it would be there or a day early and the box is always in perfect condition. but i'll let u know once my laptop get shipped out if anything happens but the again i do live in NY XD
