missing my free copy of Batman:AA

so i had ordered the asus g51j-a1 on 11/20 and i just got the laptop in the mail today and i opened it up and i dont see my copy of Batman:AA in there at all i checked the whole box and the manuals it came with. someone please help me i really want to play the game and test it.
