The current ETA for the ASUS G51JX-A1 is middle to late January. However, this ETA is not guaranteed as Asus may push back the release date.

My completely not on the inside of the loop comment on the ETA is the mid January is about to get pushed aside? If getting in the right frame of mind. At this point consider late January. In a week and a half with no update I will tell you early February. I am sure Asus is doing the best they can they always do.

All that said if this notebook is going to be as popular as I think it will. Filling orders will take some time. It is just the way it is when you offer a notebook with outstanding specs at a very good price.

So try not to watch the hands of the clock because when you do they have a tendency to move more slowly.

Just tips from someone who has watched several cycles. They will arrive when they arrive nothing you can do. Want without satisfaction is frustration, frustration is stress. Just relax and smile.

I mean this very serious not to make light of your very real desire to get yours. Best of luck hang in there.:)
