Loosing time on 5793

The clock keeps loosing time on our new 5793. Is there a patch or new bios update?

Yes the windows clock. The time zone is set for eastern time zone.

If I'm right it might be this: That's not your computer hardware. That's windows. This year, the daylight savings time was shifted around. Your windows likely thinks it's as it used to be. I was having this problem on my old computer. It kept on loosing time every few days so I turned off "Allow windows to automatically adjust for daylight savings time". For me my time loosing issue was solved.
