Hi, I'm looking at the Sager NP2090, and I was wondering if the 8600m gt is hdcp compliant or not? I have read that it is hdcp compatible, but some manufacturers do not install the necessary components? Also, how do I know if a notebook's screen is hdcp compliant, and is this model's screen hdcp compliant?

One more question..will you guys be offering any notebooks with the 8700m gt?

I have sent a request to the manufacturer on the HDCP. I will reply back soon on this.

We will be offering the 8700 soon, sorry we dont have a date yet.

For the TV Tuner all you need is Cable service and you can plug cable into the laptop just like a TV set. You can then watch TV on your laptop. The TV Tuner also provides you additional inputs for bringing video into the laptop.
