It was great dealing with Justin (ext. 115) apparently there is more then one. What I love is that all sager laptops have a 30 day money back if you have issues with the laptops minus the shipping of course. I thought I have asked all the questions except when it came down to where the laptop is going to be shipped. I said "California" then he said I would have to pay taxes, because thats where they ship out the laptops. Or I could have the laptop ship to Nebraska then ship back to me to avoid the taxes so I said "fine" :D .

So who does the burn in process UPS? or does xotic pc have tech shop in california?and Nebraska is just the office?

Does that make sense....Anyway I can't wait to get it I'm sure there not BS'n on the 72hr stress test...I'm just wondering.

Okay I got the skinny....

Headquaters in Nebraska and build shop in California.
