Question regarding notebook cooler shipping.

I recently ordered a Sager np9262, and got the default notebook cooler option.

I was just wondering if the notebook cooler ships separately because I received my notebook and backpack but didn't get the cooler yet.

Mine was shipped seperately. I got my np9262 a week after I got my cooler.
