Firmware Update

I noticed on the driver update page that a new firmware was released on 20 Mar and I was wondering if anyone can help me out with the update process. Thank You.

You can contact technical support at 1-(800) 741-2219 (9AM - 5PM PST) for help with the firmware update

You download it and make a ISO Image for a bootable CD. Then you boot the system to the CD you just created. You can contact tech support if you need assistance. :)

ya thats what i thought considering opening the file takes you to nero :o , thanks but I guess I will still call support in case I screw it up it can be covered by warranty :D

Good Q bro! I've yet to update cause I really have no problem with my system ATM but I guess it is good to be prepared for the future, so I will get around to it sometime...
