Small price change on Asus g73jh-a1 not changing on bill

I just noticed that the price for the option to get Xotic PC to burn a recovery disk for you has went down from $19 when I first ordered the laptop to $15. The G73JH I preordered back on April 4th still hasn't changed the price difference on my account info, as it still displays a total of $1692 (which is 1645 + 28 shipping + 19 from the recovery disk).

Not a big deal as its only $4, but I am curious if the price will come off when my credit card is charged when I move up to phase 2?
