Upgrade Sager 9260/Where to buy an additional 7950 GPU

Hello all,

I bought a 9260 a ways back and was wondering if it's possible to upgrade it to the later 9261/9262 models. Also I was also considering adding another 7950 GTX for SLI mode. Is it possible for the end user to do this? And if so, does anyone still sell compatible 7950 cards? Not sure what would the better option would be to go. Just looking for some additional GPU power, other then that very happy.

yes, you can upgrade your 9260 to a 9262 (full swapout) for around $900

as for the 7950gtx cards, I'm almost positive that nobody keeps them in stock anymore... but don't give up all hope. I have seen some sold on ebay for decent prices and they are user upgradable so as long as you have worked on computers before (even desktops) It wouldn't be too difficult.
